About Me
Don't work on your spreadsheets for your BNS needs. Let it work for you.Hello, I’m Sam! I'm a self-proclaimed spreadsheets enthusiast who loves to arrange and automate data.I learned various intermediate to advanced Excel tools and formulas through a class back in college. Ever since then, I still apply what I've learned for work, adulting, and even my interest in KPOP. These skills helped me to get things done faster and be more productive.Working on the logistics and operations of multiple orders can be overwhelming. Hence, I want to share my Excel knowledge skills to help out other KPOP merch buyers and sellers in making things more efficient and decreasing the need for tedious, time-consuming, and repetitive tasks.
Make your spreadsheets work for you instead of you working on them.
Most Group Order Managers already use a spreadsheet either through Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. I can help you automate your processes on your existing tools, without having to migrate to another platform (moreso paid! )

Pooling Tracker
Be on your next level on Group Order Pooling work! Say goodbye to manual assignments and say hello to efficiency. Generate results of your pooling in just a few and easy steps. Finishing your pooling assignments will be smooth like butter.
Features
Each template contains three versions that can cater to different pooling mechanics, namely:1. One inclusion: Only one inclusion will be pooled (ex. 1 member PC, 1 album member cover)2. Per round: The number of pooling rounds is equivalent to the number of inclusions to be pooled. For example, an album has 4 PCs and each PC will have their own pooling rounds, hence a total of 4 rounds. The first of photocards goes to lucky buyers, then the remaining ones are pooled for the second set, and so on.3. All in: All inclusions that need to be pooled will have only one round. Any remaining photocards will be pooled for the next priority buyer. For example, if an album has 4 PCs and the first priority buyer receives their preferences, the remaining PCs will be pooled for the next priority buyer, and so on.
